1. What inspired the creation of Vibefam, and how does it aim to empower fitness businesses?

Having been an avid user of group fitness classes, I interacted with fitness booking apps heavily and found the user experience of these apps lacking. As I spoke to more business owners, I discovered a gap in the market for a purpose-built software that could serve independent and boutique fitness business owners.

By providing fitness businesses with a quick-to-adopt and user-friendly solution, they can manage the capacity of their classes seamlessly and collect payments digitally so they can save time on administrative tasks. This eliminates the need for admin staff to be hired which helps them save costs over time.

Being a local home-grown solution, we are able to be very intune with the pain points and needs of our customers in this region to provide a highly purpose built and localised solution. For example, we support local payment methods such as PayNow on our system and adopt language customisations to better support the needs of the region.

5. Can you walk us through the process of onboarding and migrating to Vibefam for fitness studio owners?

We have a fully self-serve sign up where studios can go through to set up an account on vibefam. The first 7 days is a free trial.

They have a choice to be connected to an account manager who will go through an onboarding meeting for 1 hour to train and guide them on the migration process to facilitate a quicker transition.

6. How does Vibefam support business growth and increase revenue for fitness studios?

By automating the payment process, we are able to provide more customisations to services and offerings that are sold by the studios. They find themselves being able to increase the repertoire of offerings in the studio, as well improve the problem of payment defaults.

On average, our clients grow 50% every month in their first 6 months with us.

7. Could you discuss the integration capabilities of Vibefam with other platforms, such as Classpass?

Vibefam is integrated Stripe which helps support online payments for our studios.

We are also integrated with Classpass which helps to bridge the gap between studios who are looking to market their services while still consolidating their business data on a single platform. Studios who are on vibefam don’t have to toggle between two softwares - they can rely on a single software (vibefam) to manage their business which gives them a single one-stop solution to store data and make business decisions.

8. What marketing tools and analytics does Vibefam offer to help fitness studios acquire and retain customers?

Vibefam is currently able to help studios manage the customer journey of leads that pass through the gym - for instance, tracking the conversion rates of leads and how they convert into members, and providing automations to help gyms re-engage these leads to improve conversion rates. This helps increase the total number of members that they can potentially acquire.
